This morning at church they held a class for married couples. My wife and I attended for fun and to learn from couples who attend it on a regular basis. I love to learn from people with experience, it always makes me better. So we would sometimes go to the marriage class to listen and learn so we can be better. It was kind of cool to me because every Saturday it seems I am at the same marriage class. Every weekend while working as a wedding photographer in Charlotte NC I hear the pastor speak about how a man and woman she act in marriage. Before my wife and I got married one of the things I told her is that being at so many weddings made me look forward to marriage. I thought about this because the other day I wrote about how a wedding guest told me being a wedding photographer must be a awesome job. This is true but I wanted to add it is a very spiritual and teaching job. For so many years as a wedding photographer in Charlotte I learned from so many couples the way I learned from the older couples in a marriage class for fun. All of the things I learned from past clients and the many lessons I hear during the toast at every wedding reception makes me a better husband so outside of the fact I am at a party every weekend during the wedding reception I have to say I love my job because it teaches me to love my wife so much better.
